Shiva Tripurana is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of LenaLingua. He established LenaLingua in 2020 and is a member of the Linguistic Society of America. He is educated in Computational Linguistics, and has authored a book specializing in Computational Linguistics and Natural Language Processing, which is available in over five public libraries. His goal is to spread indigenous languages through the use of Computational Linguistics.

Ashmit Dewan is an undergraduate engineering student at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as the Director of Operations at LenaLingua. His role is pivotal in streamlining operations and integrating technological innovations, contributing significantly to the company's growth and efficiency.

Naveena Lankadasu, an accomplished professional with a Masters in Communications from Andhra University and an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, currently holds the position of Secretary at LenaLingua. Her extensive education in both communications and marketing has been instrumental at the organization, where she skillfully combines strategic communication skills with marketing insights.

Nikita Tripurana serves as the Chief Financial Officer of LenaLingua, a role she has excelled in since joining the company in 2021. With a rich background in economics and finance, Nikita is currently pursuing dual academic paths at Rice University and Oxford University. Nikita's financial acumen has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and stability. Nikita’s commitment to excellence in finance and her keen interest in the intersection of economics and technology make her a key member of the LenaLingua executive team.
